Redwood Lakeside is a gated community of 34 modern villas set around a private lake in Cherng Talay, in the north-west of Phuket near Layan and about 5 km from Bang Tao Beach. The scheme is developed by SLK Development and funded through the Singapore-based investment fund Diamond 3.0 Investments LLP, a partnership between a Thai entrepreneur and a local developer. Across a total project area of about 24,067 m², the masterplan wraps the homes around the water with a 49-metre pier and a connecting bridge, lakeview lawns and roughly 3,800 m² of landscaping planted with more than 1,700 trees and shrubs.

Four villa types are offered, all with their own private pool and two parking spaces: the single-storey three-bedroom Villa Orchid (Type B) from 326 m² built-up on plots of 400–426 m²; the two-storey four-bedroom Villa Palm (Type A) at 495.6 m² on 400–479 m² plots; the single-storey four-bedroom Villa Lotus (Type C) at 512.3 m² on generous 627–902 m² plots; and a small run of larger Villa Lily (Type D) homes. Architecture is contemporary, opening onto lake and garden views through floor-to-ceiling glazing, with a choice of premium interior finish packages. Sustainability is a core theme: solar energy with off-grid support (the developer cites electricity savings of up to 50%), enhanced thermal insulation and integrated smart-home systems.

Residents share a community centre, a European restaurant, children's areas, a workout area, a yoga area, a basketball court, a dog-walking area and a lakeside trail, with a free shuttle to the beach. The villas are offered freehold — but note that, under Thai law, land freehold is available only to Thai nationals and Thai companies, so foreign buyers should confirm the exact ownership structure and take legal advice.
