About this property

Pavara Kiri Villas (the "Pavara Khiri Collection") is a gated boutique development of 16 luxury pool villas in the Bang Tao area of Phuket, set in a quiet, green pocket less than 5 km from the beach. It is built by Pavara Development Group, a Thai developer whose owners made their name in premium jewellery manufacturing for international brands; the name "Pavara" is intended to mean "elegance and harmony." The architecture is a rare-for-Phuket contemporary reading of traditional Thai design, inspired by the "Wai" greeting and a multi-level spatial concept that carries through the roof forms, ceiling heights and the way interiors open onto the landscape and pool.

Four villa types are offered. Villa A is a three-bedroom, four-bathroom home of about 372 m² with a 4 × 10.25 m pool and one parking space; Villa B keeps three bedrooms and four bathrooms but grows to about 454 m² with a 4.9 × 15 m pool and two parking spaces; Villa C is a four-bedroom, five-bathroom villa of about 556 m² with a 6.2 × 12.2 m pool; and Villa D is the largest at about 691 m², also four-bedroom and five-bathroom, with three parking spaces. Layouts can be extended by roughly 50 m² (about ฿3.5M extra), and plots start from around 509 m². The developer markets the villas as ready to move in, with a full furniture and décor package included in the price — confirm the current specification per unit.

The design has been recognised with three Dot Property 2023 awards — Best Luxury Villa Development, Best Interior Design and Best Architectural Design (each among Phuket luxury villas) — and a PropertyGuru Thailand award for Best Housing Landscape Design.
