Built by Athena Developer Co., Ltd., the project spans a 12,884 m² site laid out as villa rows (A1–A35) around shared amenities: a service centre, a café club with gym, an outdoor sports area, a pet park and a landscaped loop park. Two villa types (A and B) range from 328 to 339 m² of built area on plots of 240 to 364 m².
The Type A villa (338.77 m²) is arranged over two storeys. On the ground floor, a double-height living room, dining area and a kitchen with a voice-controlled island open onto a private pool and outdoor terrace, alongside a maid's room, laundry, guest WC, plant room and a two-car garage; the upper floor holds three en-suite bedrooms — master, children's and secondary — plus a balcony. Marketed as Phuket's first whole-home AI smart-home villa, each home comes with an integrated smart-home system, a 24-hour one-touch butler service and Kohler bathroom fixtures.
