It is developed by Jitmax Group (built by Envision (Thailand) Co.,Ltd) under Dr Parimon Phaisamran, who spent 15 years as headholder of HeadStart International School — a five-minute drive away. Clover Residence is a sister project within the same group.
Every villa is a single-level "Type S" home with a private pool, a landscaped plot and a vaulted open-plan living–dining–kitchen space. Two layouts are offered — a three-bedroom / four-bathroom villa of about 345 m² and a four-bedroom / five-bathroom villa of about 359 m² — on plots ranging from 472 m² to roughly 1,258 m². Prices run from ฿26.9M (€740,000) to ฿40.3M (€1.11M), the larger figures reflecting bigger plots rather than bigger houses. The price includes the pool, air-conditioning, landscaping, a fitted kitchen and wardrobes; a full furniture package is available at extra cost. Delivery is phased (Phase 1, Phase 2 "Arcadia" and the Luxe Zone) through 2026.
Location leans on the school: HeadStart International School is five minutes away, Blue Tree Phuket six, Boat Avenue and Thalang Hospital around ten, Porto de Phuket thirteen and Bang Tao Beach about fifteen; Phuket International Airport is roughly 25 minutes.
